EXERCISE CLASSES - Offered both mornings and evenings.
Participants are encouraged to work at their own level.
HI/Lo: 30 min. of toning followed by 30 minutes of aerobic dance.
STEP: 30 min. of toning followed by 30 minutes of STEP aerobics.
INTERVAL TRAINING: A 1 hour class alternating various intensities of weight training & aerobics. Includes a 15 min. abdominal workout.
BALL: 45 min. strength, toning, and stretching class using large therapy balls. Great for core.
BodyCamp: 1 hour cardi/strengthening class incorporating basic boot camp exercises.
ZUMBA: Tuesday/Thursday, 6:15 p.m., $2.50/class

Specialty classes and services are available for a small fee. Classes based on interest. Includes but not limited to:
Personal Trainer- personal workouts based on individual goals
Personal Diet- solve diet problems with one-on-one diet consults
BodyGem- scientifically computes resting metabolic rate
Body Composition- computes an individuluals percent body fat
45 Minute Workout- structured workout in cardio/weight room
Strength Training for Beginner/Novice- instructor lead basics of cardio/weight room
Exercise Prescriptions- your personal workout for your goals

Pilates- core training to benefit entire body
Improve Your Life Challenge- 12 week life changing diet/exercise program
